The Golden Isles is home to a variety of beautiful and challenging golf courses. With topography ranging from marshes to oceanside dunes, and more than 200 scenic holes to be played, the Golden Isles is sure to thrill most any golfer.
Indian Golf Mound Course
This course dates back to 1975 and meanders through live oak and longleaf pine forests. The signature hole is #11, a downhill par-five that finishes at the edge of marshland.

Pine Lakes Golf Course
One of Georgia’s oldest golf courses, originally built in 1968 and renovated in 2002. It has been expanded over time to 18 holes and is now one of the most popular on the island. The course winds through a maritime forest and along several lakes.

Sea Island Courses
Seaside: Play in the tradition of legendary Scottish links style, surrounded by tidal creeks, dunes, salt marshes, and the Atlantic Ocean. Seaside is both challenging and enjoyable.
Plantation: Sea Island's oldest course is getting a makeover and is expected to reopen this fall.
Retreat: Surrounded by towering Georgia longleaf pines, sleepy native oaks, and dramatic greens, players of all levels will enjoy this course.
Driftwood Putting Course: The Driftwood Course is The Lodge's new 18-hole putting course, designed by Mark and Davis Love. This creates the perfect pre-dinner activity for you, your family, and friends to enjoy year-round. Open Wednesday-Monday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and Tuesday, 1-10 p.m. Beverage service is available each evening. First come, first served. Reservations not taken.

Jekyll Island Golf Club:
Great Dunes: This historic 9-hole course alternates in difficulty and simplicity, creating a stimulating round on the links.
Indian Mound: Surrounded by nature, this course is the shortest of Jekyll’s 18-hole courses, but offers plenty of challenges.
Oleander: The most distinct of the three 18-hole courses, it is tightly designed, with ocean breezes and short grasses.
Pine Lakes: One of the only courses in the nation that provides even playing ground for both adults and younger players.
