The concept plan for Saddle Brooke Subdivision included this land being developed into 266 additional lots. Some road right of ways have been cleared and some detention ponds have been dug. (see attached concept plan-vicinity map) Phase 1 of Saddle Brooke Subdivision has a common area that includes a pool with cabana that includes covered porch and restrooms, playground, parking and lake access. It is the seller's intent that future phases of Saddle Brooke Subdivision be developed in a manner consistent with Phase 1 of Saddle Brooke Subdivision. This would include adoption of covenants and restrictions consistent with Saddle Brooke Phase 1. Water and sewer are available within the existing county right of way.
